Diamondback CNC provides in-house machining services for demanding parts and production programs. Our Cocoa, Florida facility combines modern equipment, robotic automation, extended operating hours, and dedicated inspection to support prototype, low-volume, and high-volume requirements.

CNC Milling

Our CNC milling capabilities support a broad range of workpiece sizes, materials, and complex geometries. Machine configurations range from single-bed systems to advanced six-pallet production cells, giving our team the flexibility to handle prototypes, repeat orders, and high-volume programs. Robotic automation increases consistency, efficiency, and production output across extended runs.

CNC Turning and Swiss Machining

Diamondback CNC uses multi-spindle and multi-turret turning equipment to produce accurate cylindrical and complex turned components. Multiple Swiss-type CNC machines with extended-length bar feeders support efficient production of precision parts, including long, small-diameter, and detailed components that require repeatable machining across volume.

CNC Broaching

Our dedicated broaching capabilities include mag well broaching, CNC mag well broaching, and pistol barrel broaching. By keeping these specialized processes in-house, we maintain tighter control over scheduling, part handling, repeatability, and production flow for firearms and defense-related components.

Fiber Laser Engraving

Four fiber laser production cells provide precise, repeatable marking and engraving for machined components. Our 3-axis and 4-axis formats, along with rotary systems for cylindrical engraving, support flat surfaces, complex part orientation, serial information, identification marks, logos, and production-scale engraving requirements.

Materials We Machine

Our team machines aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel, brass, copper, carbon fiber, and carbon steel. Material selection, geometry, tolerance, finish requirements, and production quantity are reviewed together so the machining approach aligns with the needs of the part.

Our dedicated quality control laboratory supports dimensional verification and inspection throughout production. Equipment includes:

Our machining systems are capable of holding tolerances within 0.0001 inch, based on part geometry, material, process, and project requirements.

Production Capacity

Diamondback CNC operates two shifts with up to 21 hours of production capacity per day, Monday through Thursday. Twelve-hour shifts continue Friday through Sunday. This schedule, combined with multi-pallet equipment and robotic automation, supports demanding production timelines and long-running programs.
